This office is Saffron Walden’s leading Estate Agent and the successful candidate will be working alongside a very experienced, driven and friendly team of property professionals within residential sales.
This role requires the holder to be able to multi-task and deal with a high volume of work.
The position is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm on a rota basis with time off in lieu.
The Sales Negotiator Package:
* A basic salary up to £25,000 per annum
* Plus commission on selling property taking expected overall earnings to £30,000 pa in your first year

* 26 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and closed between Christmas and New Year.

* 5 days working week and only working two Saturdays in every four weeks and when a Saturday is worked a day off in lieu is given.

Principle accountabilities will include:
* Registering and qualifying buyers
* Arranging and carrying out viewings
* Reporting feedback to clients in a timely manner
* Dealing with all enquiries via telephone and email
* Leading onto negotiating and agreeing sales
The successful candidates must have the following:
* A background as a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency environment
* Ideally living close to Saffron Walden
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills including MS Office
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines
* Ability to work independently and within in a team
* A full drivers licence with use of own car which is insured for business use.
* A strong work ethic, with a can do attitude and ambitious to grow their career within the property sector.
