We are looking for a confident and results-oriented Business Development Manager to take the lead in growing sales across our Powered Access equipment range. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and managing key accounts to increase market share in the region. It is essential that you have a strong background in Powered Access.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
* Meet and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
* Build and maintain relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and construction firms
* Offer expert consultation on powered access solutions tailored to client needs
* Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure excellent service delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven sales experience within the powered access sector
* Confident networker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills
* Full UK driving licence is essential
