We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op. As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing tasks like re-stocking shelves and cleaning spillages.

What you'll do
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service—respond to queries, promote Co-op products and Membership, and ensure a great shopping experience.
* Support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Maintain store safety and legality—stock shelves, check prices, dates, and temperatures.
* Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences to facilitate team learning.
* Support your local community through involvement in activities and events.
