This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. Key qualities and experience required:

2. Experienced in supporting young people in Post 16 educational settings, with the ability to bring their knowledge and approaches to working at VSK.
3. Able to work independently in education settings and as part of a team.
4. Understanding that safety is paramount for children and young people.
5. Flexible and adaptive to the different needs of children and young people.

This is a Term Time only contract. The post covers the South Kent area, including Folkestone, Hythe, and Dover. A significant part of the working week will involve traveling across educational settings in the area, so the ability to travel in a timely and flexible manner is essential.
