Job Description
*
o Business acquisitions and sales, SPA's, tax covenants
o Mergers, demergers and reorganisations
o Share buy backs/purchase of own shares and multiple completion contracts
o Share for share exchanges
o Tax advantaged share schemes eg EMI share options
o Venture capital schemes eg EIS/SEIS
o R&D and Creative Industries tax relief claims (including video games tax reliefs)
o Capital allowances
o Intangible assets
o Tax efficient profit extraction
The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
* A strong background in corporate tax.
* Excellent technical tax knowledge.
* Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional services firm.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* ATT or CTA qualification (or equivalent accounting qualification).
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to contribute to business development activities.
