Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time or part-time role for a Pharmacist at either Troup Pharmacy or Ashludie Pharmacy in Monifieth. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, and providing expert advice to customers on the use of pharmaceuticals. The role also includes managing inventory, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and offering consultations for over-the-counter medications and wellness solutions. Building relationships with customers to provide exceptional care will be a key aspect of the role.
Qualifications
* Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, including prescription verification and medication dispensing
* Experience in customer service and providing patient consultations on medication usage and healthcare advice
* Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
* Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety standards
* Excellent communication skills to build trust with customers and provide clear information
* Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution and relevant professional licensing
* Familiarity with healthcare software and pharmacy management systems is advantageous
