We're looking for a curious, data-driven, and proactive SEO Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is ideal for someone with at least two years of SEO experience and expertise in technical SEO, strategy development, and link-building.
This is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to make an impact, helping our content reach those who need it most. You'll play a key role in shaping our SEO strategy, driving traffic, and ensuring our brand is seen, heard, and trusted.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and execute winning SEO strategies to boost rankings and drive high-quality traffic
* Analyse website performance and provide data-driven insights to optimise results
* Fix technical SEO issues, collaborating with developers to keep our site in top shape
* Lead off-page SEO efforts, including link-building and digital PR campaigns
* Identify and target key audiences to increase engagement and conversions
* Stay ahead of SEO trends and algorithm updates, keeping us one step ahead of the competition
* Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader business goals
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role
* Strong understanding of technical SEO, link-building, and content strategies
* Hands on experience with tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Analytics
* Analytical mindset – you love tracking performance and making data-driven decisions
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding not required, but a plus!)
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
* A passion for digital marketing, problem-solving, and continuous learning
