Job Title: HGV Driver
Location: Slough
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 40 per week
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of equipment to their clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate HGV vehicles safely and in accordance with the law at all times.
* Deliver goods to various destinations as scheduled.
* Ensure loads are secure and vehicles are roadworthy before departure.
* Complete all necessary paperwork and digital logs accurately.
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
* Maintain professional conduct with clients and colleagues.
* Comply with health & safety, company, and road transport regulations.
Requirements:
* Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
* Good knowledge of UK road network and regulations.
* Excellent time management and communication skills.
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
* Flexible with start times and shift patterns.
