Smart Teachers are seeking confident and reliable Cover Supervisors to work across a range of well-established secondary schools in the London Borough of Hounslow. About the role The Role: • Supervise whole classes during teacher absence • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies • Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work • Provide clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons Opportunities are available for day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements.
