Fabricator/Welder

About the Role
We are an established, growing manufacturing business looking for a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our in-house fabrication team. You'll be working with modern equipment including a 3kW fibre laser and a 125T press brake, producing high-quality fabricated components in a hands-on workshop environment
This is a rural, workshop-based position - a full UK driving licence and reliable transport are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Produce accurate work with excellent attention to detail
* Manage workload, time and job ownership
* Recommend fabrication processes and suppliers where needed
* Follow all health & safety procedures
* Maintain accurate timekeeping and production reporting
* Support general workshop activities and assist team members
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience in fabrication/welding
* Strong MIG & TIG welding ability
* Confidence working with a press brake
* The ability to work independently and within a small team
* A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Reliable transport and ability to commute to Alcester and later Greet

* Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00
* Friday: 08:00-14:00
