ROLE: Carers Support Service Co-ordinator - Pembrokeshire
Maternity Cover until 31st March 2026
What we can offer you:
* £26,446 per annum pro rata
* 37 hours per week
An exciting opportunity to be part of a charity that facilitates and enables Carers to enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing. The role will involve leading a small staff team to support unpaid carers to manage their caring roles and work towards improved wellbeing.
