Care Assistant – HC-One
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities include personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, as well as helping with daily activities in the home.
We offer both night and day shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate personal care to residents, including washing, dressing, hygiene and feeding.
* Assist residents with daily activities and promote their independence and wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of care and observations.
* Support residents’ emotional and social needs, ensuring their individuality is respected.
* Provide compassionate end‑of‑life care when required.
Safeguarding
All staff are required to recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and to undertake safeguarding training appropriate to their role. You must be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating appropriately if action is not taken.
Qualifications & Experience
* Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
* Experience or willingness to learn digital care planning technology.
