Wild Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-known and respected organisation seeking a Student Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to students from initial enquiry through to membership.
As a Student Advisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the company’s strong reputation for outstanding customer service. You’ll support students throughout their journey from registration and enquiries to full membership, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle a high volume of inbound calls, delivering a professional and friendly service
2. Resolve queries across multiple channels (phone, email, webchat, webform)
3. Develop a strong understanding of the organisation’s products and services
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
5. Support student progression into membership, contributing to growth and retention targets
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in line with relevant laws and standards
Candidate Profile:
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Confident in managing complaints and complex enquiries to resolution
9. Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
10. Strong organisational and administrative skills
11. Able to prioritise tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment
12. A proactive and collaborative team player
In return:
13. Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends or bank holidays
14. 35-hour working week between 7:00am and 7:00pm
15. Hybrid working available after training/probation
16. 24 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
