Steer High Wycombe, proudly part of the Steer Automotive Group’s Luxury Division, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join our team. We are trusted by the world’s most prestigious vehicle manufacturers and renowned for setting the benchmark in super luxury vehicle repairs.

What You’ll Do:
14. Carry out meticulous Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work on high-end marques
15. Work closely with estimators, panel technicians and paint technicians to ensure repair excellence
16. Accurately diagnose faults and repair with a methodical and quality-driven approach
17. Maintain strong attention to detail and adhere to manufacturer standards and repair methods
18. Contribute to a collaborative team environment that values expertise and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
19. Proven experience as an MET Technician, preferably with prestige or luxury vehicles
20. ATA accreditation or willingness to achieve it (desirable)
21. A commitment to excellence, integrity and continuous improvement
22. Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of modern vehicle systems
23. Ability to work efficiently under pressure without compromising on quality
