About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Control Room Operator to support our remote operations team on a casual basis.
This role is ideal for someone who wants flexible, ad-hoc shifts and is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitoring client systems and alarms
* Conducting scheduled welfare check calls
* Managing shared inboxes and responding to emails
* Handling inbound/outbound calls via our control room system
* Logging incidents and updates on platforms such as Timegate+ and Monday.com
* Escalating issues in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication skills (phone + written)
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes
* Comfortable using multiple systems and switching between platforms
* Experience with Timegate+, Monday.com, or similar systems is highly desirable
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
* Previous security control room / call handling experience is an advantage, but not essential
Shifts
* Ad-hoc / casual cover (including evenings, nights, and weekends)
* Shifts offered based on business needs and availability
* 2 x permanent office based positions available from September 2026 in the Hertfordshire/Essex area (casual workers will be considered first)

* Laptop or PC with stable internet connection
* Quiet workspace for taking calls
* UK-based
