Job Role:
This position is working alongside the Team Leader and Service Manager, coordinating repair jobs from enquiry through to job completion. This position will be supporting the Engineering Services business for the repair, overhaul, upgrade of Rotating Equipment across all industries including a focus on Oil and Gas and high-end Energy customers. Developing reports, quotations, production plans and other contractual documents for submission, and related internal documents such as price-makeups, RFQ’s and supplier enquiries.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree level (or equivalent) in a related subject (engineering, project management, business admin etc).
* Experience in working in a similar role/environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
* Highly numerate with excellent command of Microsoft office especially Excel, Word
* Experience of using SAP or similar MRP system.
* Ability to work within company policy and procedure
* Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required time schedules
* Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Ability to multitask
* Attention to detail
* Willing to learn
