We are delighted to be representing our client, a Tier 1 Bank, in their search for a Technical Analyst. This role will be INSIDE IR35 with an expectance of 2-3 days per week in the office (Sheffield). Technical Analyst Role Successful candidates must therefore have strong analyst skills, experience of gathering and managing requirements and technical knowledge as a significant part of the role is working with technical/IAM specialists. Key Accountabilities: This role requires an in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows security and related technology. Knowledge of LDAP integrations, file transfer protocols such as SMB, as well as TLS protocols, ciphers, encryption and other authentication technologies. Experience with Kerberos, NTLM, and other standard LDAP authentication methods. Ability to troubleshoot application integration issues and assist with application configuration setup. Must be able to work in a team environment with a can do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges. Providing support to the wider team during outages / incidents Experience of integration of CDS applications, defining standards and implementation of these Essential Skills Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 2 - 3 years of experience working with Microsoft platform technologies. Knowledge of Microsoft Directory services, application authentication and network security. Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills.
