About the role We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team. You will need to provide expert advice and guidance on all HR an employee relations matters, such as disciplinary, grievance, absence or performance management, capability and people management at all Ubico Locations ensuring Ubico's procedures and employment law are being followed. You will have an important role in building partnerships with management, providing hands-on advice on a whole range of people-related issues and ensuring we align with our organisational objectives during this exciting growth phase. Having a proactive approach, you need to manage your own caseload, continuously aim to improve processes, and recommend solutions where needed. You are exceptional at having a collaborative approach, with great communication skills and ready to partner closely with members of the business to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of people-related services to divisional leadership and staff in our complex multi-site environment assuring every sensitive situation is dealt with in a diplomatic and respectful manner. You will need Full driving licence and own car available and insured for business use. This role will require travel across sites across Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire GCSEs (5 A-Cs or equivalent, including Maths and English) and CIPD Level 7 or relevant experience A sound working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice and the ability to apply this knowledge. Experience of working in an Employee Relations role, or extensive case experience in a more generalist HR role. A strong influencer, able to get the right balance of coaching, advising and persuasion into every interaction. Ability to deal with sensitive situations in a diplomatic manner using professional judgement.
