This role would suit both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about Maths and committed to continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Be available full time

* Be able to drive (due to location and/or wider school commitments)

* Be reflective, organised, and committed to inclusive practice

* Have high expectations of themselves and their students

Most importantly, you’ll believe that Maths is for everyone and be motivated to help young people build confidence, resilience, and success in the subject.

What the school offers

* A supportive and collaborative Maths department

* High-quality CPD and clear progression opportunities

* Strong pastoral systems and behaviour support

* Access to trust-wide expertise and professional networks

* A values-driven culture where staff are trusted and supported
