We're looking for a dynamic Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team! With an 80/20 split across finance and operations, this role is perfect for someone who loves variety! Finance (80%) • Generate monthly invoicing (inbound and outbound) - reviewing timesheets, purchase orders, and generating accurate invoices. • Be the friendly point of contact for contractors, guiding them through invoicing and payment processes. • Assist the Finance Manager with key data recording: new deals, contract extensions, permanent placements, and sales commissions. • Chase and track purchase orders from clients for billing. • Own and become the super user of our timesheet tracking system. • Handle basic banking tasks as required. Contracts and Data (20%) • Support contractor onboarding - including compliance checks and reference requests. • Draft and distribute contracts to contractors and clients using AdobeSign. • Monitor and chase the status of contracts to ensure timely signatures. • Coordinate with our Sales Consultants to resolve onboarding and contract issues. • Offboard contractors and handle GDPR data requests when needed.
