About the Role: We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Banqueting Chef to lead our kitchen team in Cheshunt. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef with a flair for delivering exceptional quality across a range of events from intimate private dining for 10 to large-scale banquets for up to 150 guests. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our banqueting kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and team leadership are maintained at all times. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, prepare and execute menus for a wide range of events (10150 guests) 2. Lead, manage and inspire a team of kitchen staff 3. Oversee stock control, ordering and food cost management 4. Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards (in line with HACCP and EHO requirements) 5. Collaborate with event planners and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless event catering
