We are seeking a proactive Lifetime Services Project Manager based in the UK to provide exceptional technical support to customers and colleagues. In this role, you will ensure TGWNE's Lifetime Services maintains a reputation for world-class customer service across a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
Your responsibilities will include developing work packages, managing projects, handling repairs and warranty claims, and implementing site improvements. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. Additionally, you will process technical requests and create work package proposals to meet client needs effectively.

What you'll be handling:
1. Define the scope of works for Lifetime Services sales proposals & quotations.
2. Support LTS sales teams in presenting offerings for small works, site audits, system health checks & obsolescence management within the existing TGW install base.
3. Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support solutions.
4. Agree on timescales, costs, and resources needed.
5. Collaborate closely with colleagues and counterparts in Benelux and Scandinavia.
6. Manage and track opportunities within TGW’s CRM tool.
7. Work collaboratively with the LTS Key Account Managers, Central Services Department, and Site Engineering Managers.
8. Establish project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
9. Assign roles and responsibilities to team members, ensuring all project deliverables are completed, approved, and handed over.
10. Generate reports to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and costs; resolve or escalate issues promptly.
11. Act entrepreneurially to add value or increase sales, while maintaining integrity and high standards of customer satisfaction and company image.
What you'll need:
* Technical knowledge of automation systems from an electromechanical background.
* Several years of experience in a similar role within the automation industry.
* Technical sales or account management experience.
* Project management experience with strong attention to detail.
* Experience with Microsoft Projects.
* Ability to manage multiple project bids simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including presentation skills.
* Familiarity with internal and external stakeholder management.
