About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Practice Manager to join the team to manage our busy Corby and Chichele House, Northampton Dental Clinics.
The clinics treat both NHS and private patients and there are 5 surgeries across both sites. You will be managing a team of around 18.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 08:45 - 16:45

About You
You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle. A CQC registered manager with experience in the dental industry would be highly desirable.
The main duties will include:
16. Key input into budget preparation and setting for the practice as well as managing the P&L
17. An opportunity to grow your own practice with individual business plans - focusing on performance, delivery, KPI’s and future growth plans
18. Build and sustaining close working relationships with clinicians, head office, regional teams, the NHS, and external suppliers to deliver commercial and marketing initiatives
19. You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
