To help us grow even further, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Sales Manager who’s passionate about building genuine relationships, growing revenue, and creating memorable events. A bit about the role: Be the main point of contact for weddings, groups, and corporate events – from the first enquiry to a confirmed booking. Build and manage a strong pipeline of enquiries, helping to grow our group and event bookings across the estate. Take ownership of our inboxes and enquiry portals, making sure responses are timely, professional, and well-organised. Work closely with our Marketing, General Managers, and Operations teams to create exciting event packages and experiences. Build trusted relationships with our General Managers and Operations Managers, ensuring we’re all aligned on targets and guest experience. Keep an eye on sales performance and trends, helping to shape the strategy and ensure we’re always moving in the right direction. Get involved in networking, local partnerships and occasional trade shows – helping raise our profile and attract new business. What we’re looking for: At least 2 years of experience in a sales role – ideally with events, hospitality, or accommodation. Comfortable working independently but also a great team player – someone who likes to get stuck in. Great organisational skills, with a natural ability to juggle multiple enquiries and deadlines. Strong communication skills – you’re someone who listens, connects well with others, and makes people feel at ease. A genuine interest in creating brilliant guest experiences and helping the business grow. A clean UK driving licence and flexibility to travel and occasionally support events at evenings or weekends.
