Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Meet and greet guests on arrival in a warm and friendly manner
* Support the kitchen team to deliver first class Loveday dining experiences
* Prepare mise-en-place and ensure all cutlery, plates and glassware are polished
* Set up tables according to the Loveday & Co Dining Standards
* Follow the service steps for each meal service
* Serve members and guests beverages and refreshments as required in all day dining area
* Ensure fridges and snack areas are always fully stocked
* Recognise regular visitors and interact warmly with families
* Maintain stock levels of consumables with support from the Hospitality Lead
* Check cleanliness in common areas and guest bathrooms; liaise with housekeeping to keep areas immaculate
* Respond to queries and direct clients as required, referring to the general manager as necessary
* Answer incoming calls and take or redirect messages
* Receive deliveries and post, sort and distribute accordingly
* Monitor guests/clients via CCTV and door entry to ensure safe access
* Keep reception area tidy and clutter-free
* Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures
* Provide ad hoc support as required by the business
Eligibility
In line with the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK or obtain permits to work prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required as part of the recruitment process.

Working variable hours (rota basis), including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be punctual, hardworking, quick to learn, with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and a positive work ethic are ideal, as well as good physical stamina and mobility.
Skills
Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent customer service skills. Experience in a high-end hospitality environment. Understanding of luxury 5-star restaurant service in Food & Beverage.
