This role supports core accounting activities across a group of operating entities and is ideal for a candidate who is looking for their next step. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support across several key accounting areas, including fixed assets, inventory, intangible assets, and leases Accurately process staff expense claims in accordance with internal guidelines Assist with monthly financial close processes, including journal entries and reporting across multiple business units Post journal entries related to asset acquisitions, disposals, and other ledger movements Collaborate with internal teams across the business to resolve finance-related queries Maintain up-to-date records in the finance systems to ensure accuracy and compliance What We're Looking For: Actively studying towards AAT /ACCA or CIMA, Experience in an administrative finance function would be an advantage Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively Strong attention to detail and solid written communication skills A collaborative team player who is proactive and eager to learn Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams For further information please apply to alison@orkafinancial.com or call 07708 912000
