Overview
Location: Belfast City Centre, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Role: Customer Service Advisor - Natwest for TieTalent. Start date: Various through Aug/Sept 2025. Salary: £26,200 per year. Shifts: Full time, 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 23:00.
Probity requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed. Must evidence the last 2 years of employment history and the last 5 years of address history.
Responsibilities
* Provide a proactive and reactive service to help customers meet their financial arrangements in line with their goals.
* At first point of contact, deliver outstanding customer service to support the organisation’s goals.
* Educate customers on different banking options and help them choose the right services for their needs.
* Complete processes accurately and compliantly, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
* Deliver appropriate actions to achieve good customer outcomes, reviewing gaps and mitigating issues as needed.
What You’ll Do
* Conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information to help them make informed decisions about products and services.
* Manage your diary, balance proactive conversations with scheduled meetings, and maintain organisational efficiency.
* Maintain relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with wider business aims.
* Resolve complaints and errors quickly, ensuring customer relationships are restored.
* Ensure each interaction leaves the customer satisfied that their needs have been met.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience in a customer service environment with strong relationship management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to work in a regulatory environment and use Microsoft Office.
* Customer-focused attitude and good organisational/time-management skills.
