Your Day-to-Day
* Take inbound calls from customers with fraud concerns
* Investigate suspicious transactions and raise fraud cases
* Help customers keep their accounts safe
* Support with everyday banking queries
* Assist vulnerable customers with care and empathy
* Take ownership of issues and resolve them quickly
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ UK financial services experience
* Customer service or contact centre background
* Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
* Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
* Able to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
* Motivated, proactive and solution-focused
Training & Working Pattern
* 2 weeks’ on-site training in Glasgow (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm)
* First 3 months office-based
* Hybrid options available after probation
* Rotational shifts between 10:00 – 23:00, Monday–Sunday
