Role Description
This is a full‑time, office and on‑site role for a Fencing and Landscaping Contracts Manager. The role involves overseeing projects from initiation to completion, managing contracts, budgets, and schedules while ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met. The Contracts Manager will coordinate with clients, suppliers, and the internal team, provide project updates, supervise work on‑site, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will also be responsible for resource planning, resolving project‑related issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in contracts management, within the fencing and landscaping install on new build construction sites OR you are a time‑served experienced Contracts Supervisor who wishes to further their career
* Knowledge of fencing and soft landscaping techniques, and grounds maintenance practices.
* Strong time management, problem‑solving, and organisational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both internal teams, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
* Practical understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and compliance standards for on‑site projects.
* Proficiency in resource allocation and scheduling tools or software.
* Ability to work on‑site throughout Staffordshire, East and West Midlands and manage hands‑on site operations as required.
* A valid driver's license and experience working with new build large housing developers and infrastructure projects are essential.
