Seeking a committed and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 1116 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to support learning on a 1:1 and small-group basis, adapt activities to meet individual needs and contribute towards EHCP targets.
