Job description Contracts Manager - Interior Fit-Out Projects Manchester-based with Nationwide Travel We're hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to lead high-spec fit-out projects across the UK in sectors including hospitality, stadia, retail and commercial Working for a leading interiors contractor, you'll oversee fast-paced, design-led installations, ranging from restaurant refurbishments and commercial kitchens to retail spaces, offices, and stadium and lounge environments. You'll manage the full project lifecycle, from pre-start meetings to final handover, ensuring seamless delivery, high quality, and client satisfaction. What A Contracts Manager Will Be Doing Lead multiple fit-out projects simultaneously across hospitality, retail, stadia, and commercial sectors Oversee site operations, managing in-house teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget Act as the primary client contact throughout the contract, ensuring expectations are clearly managed and met Maintain project timelines, update programmes, and resolve any on-site challenges efficiently Collaborate closely with QS and commercial teams to manage variations and cost control Enforce health & safety compliance and industry best practices on every project Ensure premium quality standards through regular inspections and snagging managementWhat You'll Need Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in interior fit-out Background in delivering projects within hospitality, retail, commercial, or stadium environments Technical knowledge of joinery, finishes, M&E coordination, and construction regulations Strong client-facing, organisational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple projects under tight deadlines Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid certifications preferredWhat's On Offer Competitive salary of up to £65,000 (DOE) Car allowance Laptop, phone, and travel expenses Private healthcare and pension scheme (after probation) Bonus scheme (after first 12 months) 32 days holiday including bank holidays Opportunity to lead prestigious, design-led fit-out projects Supportive and fast-moving company cultureReady to take ownership of standout fit-out projects across the UK?
