The client is responsible for ensuring ticketing systems in the transportation world work effectively given it's a critical area of infrastructure that cannot have any downtime. The client offers a hybrid working policy with a 'loose' 2 day per week office-based policy however there's a strong element of flexibility as and when required. Please find the JD below: Role: We're looking for an ITIL Foundation certified Service Design Manager to lead the full service design lifecycle-from research and ideation through to prototyping and implementation. Key Requirements: Strong understanding of ITIL best practices and experience with ISO standards (20000 & 27001). Proficient in service design principles, tools, and methodologies. Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, and managing multiple tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong reporting and documentation skills. Excellent customer service mindset and experience working with internal/external stakeholders and vendors. Strong communication skills-able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
