Connect Appointments have a new opportunity with a well-known production business in Fife. We're looking for a Team Leader to get started within their Cupar site.
What's on offer?
A full-time permanent position, working 40-hours per week. Working hours are based on a rota of day and back shift – with every second weekend off. Hours vary across 6:45am to 2pm; 2:15pm to 10pm; and 06:45am 17:30pm. A salary of £32,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Responsibilities
* Leading, motivating and engaging your team – always building a positive working environment.
* Managing your team's performance, ensuring they're meeting their targets.
* Encouraging and highlighting progression and training opportunities.
* Staff development, appraisals, and other HR functions.
* Maintain effective relationships with other teams across the business.
* Ensure effective cost management.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure Food Health and Safety at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous experience managing a team.
* Previous experience in a production/manufacturing, warehouse or related background.
* Have solid people skills and great communication.
* A basic level of computer literacy.
