What you’ll do:
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects on time and in line with business objectives
* Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical risks to ensure reliable supply
* Provide technical input for regulatory dossiers and collaborate with external partners to troubleshoot production issues
* Manage Change Controls, monitor KPIs, and support project budgets
* Foster teamwork and collaboration across the global Quality function
What we’re looking for:
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
* Experience in technical roles within pharmaceuticals or consumer healthcare preferred
* Solid understanding of GMP, ICH guidelines, ISO standards, and global regulatory requirements
* Experience with quality management processes (change control, document management)
* Analytical problem-solver with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and quality-driven mindset
