Monster is a very established, fast-growing creative marketing studio with customers spanning a large variety of sectors, locally and internationally. We are looking for someone creative, energetic and passionate about what they do to join our friendly, dynamic and close-knit team.
The role is on-site and full time but we do offer flexibility within this if we feel it will work for the role and the team as a whole.
Role Overview
As a Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing
digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and brand
messaging. This role is ideal for someone moving up from a junior position who is ready to
take on more responsibility and contribute to strategic content initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Create compelling and engaging digital content, including written articles, social media posts, video scripts, and multimedia materials.
* Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and brand consistency.
* Produce paid Ads and PPC campaigns for our customers
* Collaborate with design, marketing, and social media teams to develop and execute content strategies.
* Assist in planning and producing video and visual content for digital platforms.
* Analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and company objectives.
* Stay up to date with digital trends and methods to suggest innovative content ideas.
* Support content scheduling and distribution across relevant channels.
* Supporting the wider team with project work.
* Creating and constantly adding to Monster’s portfolio of content to draw upon for our customers and support our own digital marketing.
About You
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a digital content role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Research skills to ensure content is factually accurate.
* Experience in using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic technical SEO knowledge is a plus.
* Understanding a need to flex production based on differences in our customers'
* target audience, size/type of business and their budget.
* Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and digital marketing principles.
* Understanding of SEO best practices and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
* Basic knowledge of video production, graphic design, or image editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
* Ability to multitask, manage change in workloads, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital trends.
* Ability to drive your own development, learning hands-on from others.
* Team player who thrives in collaborative environments, contributing ideas and working seamlessly with others to achieve shared goals.
* Dedicated and hardworking, always striving to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality results.
* Managing workload to ensure you are keeping to project timelines whilst remaining on budget and keeping the production lead up to date with any changes.
