Internal associates only. We are delighted to announce a vacancy for a Practice Clinical Lead at our highly established and respected Green Dental and Implant Clinic, Southwick. This role is part of a partnership leadership team alongside a Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a clinical leadership figure alongside the Practice Manager, influencing the direction of the practice.
* Maintain and enhance clinical standards.
* Define practice ambition and strategy with support from management.
* Mentor colleagues and provide a clinical voice.
* Act as a cultural ambassador for the Portman Group and the practice.
* Promote positive engagement among all practice colleagues.
