As the Club enters an exciting debut season in the Women’s Super League, additional staff are required to ensure that all visitors to the CopperJax Community Stadium have the best possible experience. Matchday support staff will assist with various elements of matchdays across fan engagement, matchday operations and media. Responsibilities could vary per match in this exciting and fast-paced environment. These roles are a great way to experience life behind-the-scenes at a football match, and to gain valuable experience for future roles. In your application, you will be asked to identify a preference for one of the following positions Main Duties/ Responsibilities 1. Matchday Activators · Welcoming spectators to the CopperJax community stadium and providing information along routes from popular public transport stops. · Assisting in crowd activation and running the Fanzone. · Assist in identifying fans to surprise and delight on special occasions. · Queue busting and providing general assistance to supporters. 2. Matchday Retail Assistants · Assist in the set up and running of the retail store. · Provide excellent customer service and have a proactive approach to helping customers in the store. 3. Content Capturers · Capture photo and video content at matches. · Support real-time social media coverage on matchdays. · Create short-form content for all platforms. · Edit and deliver content quickly for use across social channels. 4. Matchday Operations Assistants · Assist Club operations staff with setup and take down tasks related to stadium and matchday readiness · Meet and greet VIPs and other visitors being hosted by the Club · Assist the Football Operations Manager and Operations Director Club Accountabilities 1.
