AE Partners are supporting a global HV services provider with 55,000 employees and a strong local presence in the North East. They are actively looking to hire a Project Manager to deliver a high volume of onshore HV asset maintenance projects through their full lifecycle, managing resource, client interactions and commercials at every stage of delivery. The main office is based in Teesside, with sites located nationwide, so this role requires regular travel across the UK. Profile The Project Manager – HV role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of HV electrical infrastructure projects involving HV systems, such as offshore wind cable installations and maintenance projects. The Project Manager will lead projects including managing budgets, operational support and building/maintaining strong relationships whilst driving commercial performance and long term growth. Key Responsibilities Manage pre-project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure continuity is achieved. Deliver in line with the project and business objectives. Deliver scope of works against a contract and manage all commercial aspects. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, steering group, clients and resource providers. Work in parallel with the Project Engineers, Procurement, Project Resources, Cost Control and Finance to ensure all resources are in place and pre-planned before the project live date. Establish regular communications with external and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project on day-to-day activities and any project changes. Develop Key Client relationships and upsell the services of SPIE Wind Connect for future opportunities. Monitor project KPI metrics and ensure that project reporting is swift and accurate in line with procedures. Regular reviews of the Risks and Opportunities of the project/s with HVM Manager. Feedback any lessons learned to the HVM Manager and Head of Projects for every project or work scope and to also circulate to HSEQ and the Bids & Tendering Team. Drive a cost and risk management culture to ensure the projects are successful, identifying early risks, liaising closely with the Finance Department and Cost Controllers. Promote and support a positive HSEQ culture and support on necessary project audits
