We're on the hunt for a Barback to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.
You will work behind the scenes to help keep our busy bar running smoothly. If you enjoy working quickly, like helping others, and care about giving guests a great experience, we would love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
* Help the Bartenders: Make sure the bar has everything it needs—like ice, fruit for drinks, clean glasses—so bartenders can do their job well.
* Keep the Bar Ready: Make sure the bar is clean, tidy, and ready for busy times and quiet times.
* Work with the Team: Help the bar team and managers with setting up, cleaning, and daily tasks.
* Stay Efficient: Do jobs like restocking, cleaning, and small fixes to keep everything running without problems.
* Be Part of The Blues Kitchen: Show our friendly and fun energy and help make the bar a great place for everyone
What We’re Looking For
* Someone who has worked in a busy bar before.
* A friendly team player who can talk and work well with others, even when it’s busy.
* Someone who enjoys music, culture, and the exciting nightlife of London.
What to Expect:
* Competitive Pay: £12.21 per hour plus tronc (total package usually in the range of £12.71 - £13.31 per hour). Hourly wages paid every two weeks on a Friday and tronc paid on the last Friday of the month.
