We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and committed School Receptionist with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team.
Hours of work: 20 hours a week, Term Time - Monday - Friday 10.00am - 2.00pm
There is an expectation that you may need to attend training or staff meetings outside of your working hours, this will be paid as overtime.
Salary Details FTE: LG Band 2, points 3 - 4 - £24,027 - £24,404 (Pro Rata)
Actual Salary: £10,921 - £11,343 based on experience
Interviews will take place: W/C 30th June
Summary of Job Tasks
• Be the first point of contact for the School Office
• To present a positive image of the school to parents and the local community
• Provide a welcoming and efficient reception service to parents, pupils, and visitors
• Handle telephone and email inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records and manage the school’s information management systems
• Assist with administrative tasks as required by the school’s Office Manager
• Provides First Aid to students and staff (training will be provided)
• Support the safeguarding and welfare of pupils by adhering to school policies
