You must bring energy, confidence, and enthusiasm with a commitment to inclusion and continuing professional development. Every member of the resource base team are considered important educators who have a valuable role in supporting children’s progress. Under the guidance of the teaching staff, you will provide direct support for the learning of individual children or groups of children to achieve defined progression targets.

* Developing skills associated with technology and how this can support and scaffold communication for our preverbal learners.

Candidates will be expected to have experience of working with children with SEND in either a mainstream or special school provision to apply for this role.
