We are looking for a strong administrator, interested in joining an enthusiastic, dedicated, Learning and Development team on a temporary basis for up to 12 months to provide maternity cover. As part of our small Learning and Development team your role will provide an effective and efficient administration service, relating to the arranging and delivery of the internal corporate training programme for staff, including managing the delegate booking system, all housekeeping arrangements and subsequent update of individual training records. You will be required to support and guide staff with general enquiries via the general inbox, Microsoft Teams and by telephone. You will also be responsible for monitoring and running reports as required from our Learning Management System. You will produce course publicity, such as news items and newsletter to promote across the organisation via the intranet and update our events page with course details and support the maintenance of other learning and development pages on the intranet and website. You will also support our various events and programmes we run throughout the year and be an ambassador for learning for the organisation. What you will need Experience in this field is not essential; however, you should be passionate about learning and developing others, organised, have a good level of communication and IT skills, have attention to detail, the ability to use own initiative and be able to work at pace, whilst managing a number of different tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
