This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small consultancy business based in Mountain Ash, in a newly created role as Marketing Manager. You will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving commercial growth and brand visibility across B2B channels.
Your new role
Adopting a collaborative approach across the business, you will lead the planning and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives across the business. You will lead on the creation and optimisation of marketing content across digital platforms. You will develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand presence and audience engagement. You will lead the planning and execution of B2B events, including trade shows, conferences and webinars.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a marketing position within a commercial business, with strong strategic thinking and project management capabilities. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools (e.g. CMS, CRM, social media platforms and analytics). You will have a collaborative approach with experience managing internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience. Hybrid / flexible working options available. 29 days annual leave (increasing with length of service), pension etc.
