We are looking for an Administrator to join the team based in Falcon Gate, Welwyn Garden City. Reporting to the PA to the Managing Director and Office Manager, the successful candidate will undertake Reception duties and will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers, delivering first class customer service at all times. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, welcoming visitors to the office and processing incoming and outgoing mail. You will also maintain office related supplies and provide additional administration assistance for the office and other departments in line with the needs of the business. About You The ideal candidate will be a team player, personable and welcoming, with the ability to keep calm under pressure. You will be self-motivated, be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative and have excellent organisational skills to be able to meet deadlines under time pressures. Experience working in a similar role, working in an office environment and excellent customer service skills are essential for this role as you will need to develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues. Additionally, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages.
