The Role
Youll lead from the front : driving standards, motivating your team, and delivering a warm, memorable guest experience. The site runs at pace and volume, so youll need to be commercially sharp and operationally slick, but just as importantly, youll bring personality and warmth to everything you do.
Youll be responsible for:

* Has 3+ years experience as a GM in a busy, quality:led venue
* Can handle weekly turnovers of A GBP 50:70k with confidence
