Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Automatic Door Engineer. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing automatic door systems, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. You will work closely with clients to deliver exceptional service and address their technical requirements. Additionally, accurate documentation of all work carried out and adherence to industry regulations will be necessary.
Qualifications
* Knowledge and experience with Automatic Door systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
* Electro-mechanical and electrical skills, including troubleshooting and problem-solving
* Understanding of Access Control and Door Automation systems
* Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail in inspections and certifications
* Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating time management and organizational skills
* Proven hands-on experience within a similar role is advantageous
* A valid driving license and willingness to travel as required
* Certified training or qualifications in automatic doors or electrical systems would be beneficial
