Applications are invited for the post of Performance & Development Coordinator within the Organisational Development Division based at Hutton Headquarters.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for producing and tracking student officer performance and development data, collating impartial evidence of progress against assessment criteria. And to be responsible for all management and co-ordination of paperwork in relation to student development plans, attendance support plans and Regulation 12 & 13 meetings and completion of step NPPF portfolios for boarded officers.


Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the compilation and production of comprehensive weekly reports to track student progression.
* Responsible for collating, reviewing and presenting data in respect of NPPF step 4 progress for Sergeants and Inspector portfolios.
* Collect and organise relevant evidence and supporting documentation to enable timely review of progress identifying where intervention and additional support is required.
* Champion a supportive culture, identifying positive action opportunities.
* Work collaboratively with the OD Chief Inspector and Divisional supervision to support design of tailored performance and development plans underpinned by SMART objectives to ensure accountability and effectiveness.
* Effective and efficient use and understanding of systems such as OneFile, Excel, DMS, MS Forms, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Kallidus etc.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with all stakeholders including HR People partners, Divisional supervisors, SDU/DDU tutors, PSD and the Federation.
