What Will You Be Doing?
* Operate complex machinery on either the frying or packing lines, ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.
* Monitor online data systems to uphold high production standards, promptly reporting any defects or issues.
* Utilize your problem-solving skills to tackle machine-related challenges and minimize downtime.
* Complete daily routines, conduct quality checks, and maintain accurate records in line with site procedures.
* Receive comprehensive training and ongoing support while working as part of a friendly, collaborative team at our Leominster factory.

What We’re Looking For:
If you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and experience, we’d love to hear from you:
* Previous experience in manufacturing or the food industry (highly desirable).
* Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, but bespoke training is provided).
* A good standard of literacy and numeracy in English.
* The ability to take ownership and accountability.
* Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
