Support Worker
Location: Maryport, Cumbria
Type: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum) plus benefits including Health Cash Plan

Typical Day
* Assist customers with practical daily tasks to promote independence, such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, maintaining tenancies, and moving to independent accommodation.
* Conduct risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Build relationships through conversations, catch-ups, and support, ensuring quality time with each customer.
What You Bring
* A passion for supporting others to live their best lives with attention to detail.
* Experience caring for others, whether in a professional setting or caring for family or children.
* Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and be resilient.
* A flexible, personal approach tailored to individual customer needs.
* Must have access to a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage will be reimbursed.
