Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
3. Providing high-level support to senior leaders: diary management, travel, meetings, and expenses
4. Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
5. Managing documentation, correspondence, and follow-ups
6. Supporting with selective personal tasks and logistics
7. Coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes
8. Overseeing HR operations: holiday tracking, employee records, policy compliance
9. Supporting office operations, employee welfare, and internal events

10. Exceptionally organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
12. Comfortable working independently and managing remote workflows
13. Personable, enthusiastic, and professional
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business tech
